Refund for Insurance Support

Yes you will have the option for a refund. If your insurance denies coverage, you will have two options:

• You can choose to have your subscription canceled and your payment fully refunded.
• We can still prescribe the best medication for you and help you get it at the lowest possible self-pay price.

If we’re unable to get your GLP-1 medication covered by your insurance after completing the necessary steps, you’ll receive a full refund for our service. We’re committed to making this process risk-free for you.

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process.

Return Policy for Compounded Medications

Except as otherwise set forth in any return or refund policy provided to you on the services and as explained below, you acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of the products and services purchasable through the services, any applicable fees and other charges are not refundable in whole or in part. You are fully liable for all charges to your account, including any unauthorized charges.
